About AllToolsHub
Last reviewed: 20 September 2026
AllToolsHub is a collection of more than 60 free, everyday tools — for PDFs, images, calculations and developer tasks — built for the moment you just need something done and don't want to deal with an app, an account, or a queue. It is available worldwide in modern browsers; very large files still depend on the memory and capabilities of your device.
Why we built it
Search for almost any "PDF to Word" or "compress image" tool online and you'll usually find one of two things: a site that makes you wait through a countdown before the download button appears, or a site that quietly uploads your file to a server you have no visibility into. Neither felt right for something as ordinary as converting a file. AllToolsHub exists to be the plain, fast alternative.
How it actually works
Every tool on this site runs entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript — libraries such as pdf.js, pdf-lib and mammoth.js, plus the browser's own Canvas for image work. When you select a file, it is read directly from your device's memory, processed on the spot, and handed back to you as a download. There is no upload step in the code, because there is no server on the other end waiting to receive your file.
What you can do here
- PDF tools — merge, split, compress, rotate and reorder PDFs; convert between PDF, Word and images; sign, annotate, watermark, number pages, strip hidden metadata, read a PDF in the browser, turn plain text into a PDF, or build an invoice from a form.
- Image tools — compress a photo to a size limit, resize, crop, make a passport-size photo, combine images into a PDF, and convert between JPG, PNG and WebP.
- Calculators & text tools — percentage, age, EMI, mortgage, GST, VAT, sales tax, salary, SIP, FD, compound interest, BMI, tip, discount and profit/loss calculators, a time zone converter, plus word and character counters, case conversion and duplicate-line cleanup. Money calculators work in any currency — results are in whatever currency you enter.
- Developer tools — JSON formatting and validation, CSV ⇄ JSON, Base64 and URL encoding, UUID generation, timestamp conversion, colour conversion, text diffing, MD5 and SHA hashing, and a password strength checker.
The full list, organised by category, is on the homepage — and in the footer of every page.
Who it's for
Students turning in an assignment, job seekers formatting a resume, anyone shrinking a photo for an online form, a developer cleaning up JSON on a deadline, or a small business owner merging invoices before sending them off — AllToolsHub is aimed at the quick, one-off task rather than heavy document management.
Honest about the limits
Because everything runs in the browser rather than on a powerful server, a few things are simplified — for example, PDF to Word keeps text but not images, and very large files depend on your own device's memory. The calculators are illustrations of standard formulas, not financial or medical advice. These limits are stated plainly on each tool's own page and on the FAQ page.
How tools are tested
Before a tool is published or materially changed, it is checked with synthetic files and representative inputs rather than personal documents. We test successful output, invalid input, keyboard access, mobile layout and browser errors. File tools are also checked to confirm that processing stays in the browser. A passing test does not make every possible file compatible, so each page documents important format and device limitations.
How guides and calculators are reviewed
Guides are written specifically for AllToolsHub and are reviewed against the behaviour of the tools they explain. Calculator pages show the formula or assumptions needed to understand the result. We do not publish copied articles, bought reviews, undisclosed sponsored recommendations or automatically generated doorway pages. When a factual or functional error is reported, we reproduce it, correct the affected page and update its review date when the change is substantial.
Funding and editorial independence
AllToolsHub uses Vercel's cookie-free Web Analytics for aggregated page-view information and Vercel Speed Insights for real-user performance measurements, so we can understand which pages are useful and where the experience needs attention. Files, tool inputs and generated results are not analytics or performance events. The site may use clearly distinguishable advertising in the future to fund hosting and development. Advertising does not determine which tools or guides are published, and ads will not be styled as download or action buttons. The site currently does not sell subscriptions or accept payment for rankings, reviews or links.
