Good to know
- Three strengths — Light sits quietly behind the text and keeps the page readable. Dark is unmistakable but harder to read through. Medium suits most documents.
- It goes on every page — The watermark is applied throughout the document, which is normally what a status mark is for.
- It becomes part of the page — The text is drawn into the PDF, so whoever opens the file cannot switch it off.
- It is a label, not a lock — A watermark discourages casual misuse. It does not prevent copying and it is not encryption — treat it as a marking, never as security.

Can I control how visible the watermark is?
Yes — choose Light, Medium or Dark before adding it.
Can I use my own logo as a watermark instead of text?
Not yet — this tool currently adds text watermarks only.
Can I use a logo or image as the watermark?
Not on this page — it stamps text only. To place a logo, use Edit PDF, though that works on one page at a time rather than across the whole document.
Can the watermark be removed afterwards?
Not by this tool. The text is drawn into every page, so keep an unmarked copy of your original if you are likely to need one.
Will it cover up my content?
At Light strength it sits behind the text and stays comfortable to read. For a dense document, Light is the safer choice.
