This page explains what happens to your files and your data when you use AllToolsHub. The short version: the tools have no file-upload or server-side file-processing endpoint, so files selected inside a tool stay on your device.

The files and data you work with

Every tool on this site — the PDF tools (merge, split, compress, convert, sign, watermark and more), the image tools (compress, resize, crop, convert), and the calculators, text and developer utilities — runs entirely inside your web browser using JavaScript. When you select or drop a file, it is read directly into your browser's memory and processed there; whatever you type into a calculator or text tool stays in the page. AllToolsHub does not upload, transmit, store, back up, or have any way of viewing the files or values you work with. Once you close the tab, nothing of your file remains anywhere connected to AllToolsHub.

Third-party libraries

To power the heavier PDF and document tools, AllToolsHub loads pinned open-source JavaScript libraries (pdf.js, pdf-lib and mammoth.js) from a third-party content delivery network, jsDelivr. Fetching these library files causes your browser to make an ordinary web request to that CDN, which — like any web server — may log standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the file requested. The PDF.js worker and QR encoder are served by AllToolsHub itself. These libraries execute locally in your browser; loading them does not send your documents anywhere. The calculators, text and developer utilities need no external library at all. Among the image tools, only Image to PDF and JPG to PDF load one — they use pdf-lib to build the PDF they hand back. Open-source acknowledgements are listed in the site's third-party notices.

Hosting and ordinary server logs

AllToolsHub is hosted on Vercel. Like other hosting providers, Vercel receives ordinary network-request information needed to deliver and protect the site, which can include an IP address, requested URL, timestamp, user agent, approximate location and security or diagnostic information. This infrastructure data is separate from the contents of files you process: tool files are not uploaded with those requests. Vercel handles this information under its own Privacy Notice.

Data stored on your device

AllToolsHub uses your browser's local storage for two small conveniences: your light/dark theme choice, and a list of the tools you used recently, so the homepage can show them back to you. Separately, the site registers a service worker, which keeps a copy of AllToolsHub's own pages, styles and scripts in your browser's cache so the site still works when you are offline — that cache holds this site's files, never yours. All of it is stored only in your own browser, is never transmitted anywhere, and contains nothing about your files. You can erase all of it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser's settings.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

AllToolsHub does not set its own cookies and does not currently include advertising code. It uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated traffic and Vercel Speed Insights to measure real-user performance such as loading speed, visual stability and interaction responsiveness. Vercel states that these services do not use third-party cookies or retain personally identifying visitor profiles. A page view may include the page URL, timestamp, referrer, approximate country or region, device type, operating system and browser; performance reports also include web-vital measurements and page-loading context. Tool files, calculator values, text entered into tools, generated results and homepage search text are not sent as analytics or performance events. If Google AdSense is added in the future, this policy and the site's consent controls will be updated as part of the same release. Google and other third-party vendors may then use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this or other websites. Users will be able to manage or opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings, opt out of some third-party vendors at aboutads.info, and read how Google partner sites use data at Google's partner-sites policy. Where consent is legally required, advertising cookies will not be used until an appropriate consent choice has been offered.

International visitors and your choices

AllToolsHub is available internationally, but privacy rights differ by country. Because the site does not collect account details or upload files, there is no AllToolsHub account profile to access or delete. Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights are used for aggregated traffic and performance measurement rather than individual visitor profiles. You can remove locally stored theme and recent-tool preferences by clearing this site's data in your browser. You may ask a privacy question, object to processing, or request access, correction or deletion of any personal information you believe the site operator controls by emailing contact@alltoolshub.co.in. Because hosting and measurement data is processed by Vercel, some requests may need to be handled under Vercel's own privacy process.

Children's privacy

AllToolsHub is a general-audience utility site and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

This page may be updated from time to time as the site changes, for example if advertising is added. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision.
