How to add marks to a PDF

Frequently asked questions
Can I edit the existing text in my PDF?
No — this adds new marks on top of the page (drawings, highlights, typed notes). Changing text that's already part of the PDF isn't something a browser-based tool can reliably do.
Can I undo a mistake?
Yes — Undo removes your last mark on the current page, and Clear page removes everything on it.
