Merge PDF
Combine several PDF files into a single document, in whatever order you choose. Pages are copied across exactly as they are — nothing is re-encoded, so there is no quality loss and no watermark on the result. It solves the everyday problem of a form, an application or an email that expects one file when you have five.
Before you start
How do I combine PDFs without uploading them?
Select your PDFs, arrange the files in the order you want, then download one combined document. Pages are copied rather than compressed. Processing runs in your browser, and the site adds no watermark.
Need a different page order afterwards? Use Reorder PDF Pages. For only part of a document, use Extract PDF Pages.

How to merge PDF files
- Select two or more PDF files.
- Use the ↑ / ↓ buttons to put them in the order you want.
- Tap Merge, then download the combined PDF.
When you'd use this
- Job and college applications — A form asks for a single PDF, but your certificates, mark sheets and ID are separate scans.
- Invoices and receipts — Bundle a month of bills into one file before sending them to an accountant.
- Scanned paperwork — Your scanner saved every sheet as its own PDF and you need them back in one piece.
- Reports and submissions — Stitch a cover page, the main document and an appendix together in the right order.
Good to know
- Order is yours to set — Files are joined top to bottom in the order listed. Use the ↑ and ↓ buttons to rearrange them before merging.
- Nothing is re-compressed — Pages are copied as-is, so text stays sharp and images keep their original quality. The merged file is roughly the size of the originals added together.
- Big batches depend on your device — There is no fixed file limit, but a phone with little free memory may struggle with a large pile of high-resolution scans.
- Locked PDFs will not open — A PDF protected with an open password has to be unlocked in the app that created it before any tool can read its pages.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit to how many files I can merge?
There's no fixed limit — very large batches just depend on your device's available memory.
Does merging reduce the quality of my PDFs?
No. Pages are copied as-is with no re-encoding, so there's no quality loss.
Can I merge PDFs on my phone?
Yes. The tool behaves the same in a mobile browser — pick the files from your phone's storage, set the order with the arrow buttons, and the combined PDF downloads straight to your device.
Will a watermark be added to the merged file?
No. Nothing is stamped onto your pages, and there is no page cap or paid tier that removes a mark. The output contains only your own content.
Can I merge images together with PDFs?
Not in this tool — it accepts PDF files only. Convert the pictures first with Image to PDF, then merge the resulting PDFs.
